Terms & Conditions

All bookings are confirmed by a $50 deposit per booking (included in full payment) via online banking or in person. 
The deposit is non-refundable. 
Rescheduling can be made free of charge before 48 hours of scheduled booking. 

Cancellations or rescheduling cannot be made on or within the 48 hours before your booking.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking will incur no charge but your deposit is forfeited. 

Rescheduling can be made only ONCE.

<Lateness and no show>
* If late, you must give notice more than 10 minutes prior booking.
* If late, the time you are late means you will have shorter time for your session.
* If late, more than 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled without notice.
